Thank you for stopping by our site! At Hillsyde Farm we provide cultivated and wild harvested products from the Last Green Valley of Connecticut. Northeast Connecticut is known as the Quiet Corner for a reason. We occupy one of the green hillsides in this rural area and cultivate everything from fruit to wheat. We wild harvest maple sap free flowing from our trees to turn it into liquid gold.
Our Heritage
Our agrarian roots run deep. Some of our roots run back to the original European settlement of America and others immigrated more recently over 100 years ago, eventually settling and creating a homestead in northeastern Connecticut, eventually leading to our current location at Hillsyde Farm.
