  • First Syrup of the Season!

    With the 2026 maple season underway, we had our first drawoff of the season. We drew off about 1 gallon of our award winning liquid gold!

  • First steam of the season!

    With the 2026 maple season underway, we’ve collected our first sap and have fired up the evaporator for the first time this year. This is our first year in the new sugarhouse and we’ll have to figure out a way to deal with the extra steam apparently.
